Our
kickboxing classes involve all areas of kickboxing conditioning
for all of the muscle groups. Technical aspects of punching, kicking,
blocking, parrying, slipping and foot work involved in the sport.
Bag work includes heavy bags, speed bags, hand targets and combination
drills. These energetic and exciting classes always end with a good
stretching session for fast recuperation of muscle and to increase
range of flexibility. What ever your fitness level, age or physical
ability, these classes are for you.
